Be a Girl Scout Event Volunteer and share your passion, have fun, and
positively impact girls' lives. Activities are already created
and materials provided. Girls will supply the creativity, we’ll
supply the beads and gems, and you will help them design their
specialty jewelry accessories.
Assist or lead a group of 15-20 girls entering grades 4-5 as they
learn the tools of the trade and make four pieces of jewelry: out of
metal, out of everyday objects, inspired by another culture, and a
piece for another person.
Choose one or more of the following event sessions:
Plan to arrive 30-45 minutes before the event begins to become familiar
with your activities and materials and stay 15-30 minutes afterwards to
clean up. Staff will provide a detailed confirmation prior to the event
with activity details and specific times. You will be supported by a
staff member during the event.

Volunteer Requirements:
Since you will be working directly with girls, volunteers must fill out a brief online background check and volunteer application.
You will need to use Internet Explorer to fill out the
application. Please mark "Event Volunteer" in the position
desired and e-mail Megan Buehler at mbuehler@gswise.org and Michele at spiritangelofpeace@yahoo.com once you have submitted the application so we can ensure everything is processed.
